My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and amazing to stay in, but lacked basic amenities like face cream and toothpaste. However, they had a stale smell of old cigarettes. Despite having my confirmation number, there was an issue finding my reservation in the system.
